Enjoy gorgeous scenery and wildlife from the spacious deck and balconies where you may spot elk or deer. Relax amongst the trees in a private hot tub. It is a short drive from downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake where you can enjoy activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking. Smoking not allowed anywhere on the property. Non-smokers only. The space Main level (2nd floor): Access via indoor stairs. *Kitchen: Fully supplied kitchen with all dishware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets. Filtered water faucet. Stainless steel appliances. Double oven and ceramic cooktop. Microwave, toaster, slow cooker, indoor grill and blender. Automatic coffee maker, French press, electric tea kettle, coffee and teas. Basic spices and condiments are provided. *Dining Room: Main table seats 6. Game card table can seat an additional 4. There is also an outdoor dining table on the back deck. *Family Space: Sofa and Loveseat situated around a gas stone fireplace (seasonal) and an antique wood chest filled with board games and puzzles. A Smart TV and birch tree lights round out this relaxing space. Sliding doors lead to the spacious upper deck. French doors lead to a balcony with views of our wildflower meadow as well as the creek. Decorative seasonal touches are added for Autumn, Thanksgiving and Christmas. *King Bedroom: Spacious suite with king bed, couch, coffee table, large screen TV with Amazon Firestick, sitting area with table, desk and chair. Recessed lighting and skylights. French doors lead to a private balcony with wildflower meadow and creek view. **PLEASE NOTE: The King bedroom is connected to the upstairs Queen bedroom and is at the end of the house which means you will have to pass through the Queen to get to the Family Space and Kitchen. The King bedroom is worth it and it's a fantastic setup for families! Our property includes heating but does not have A/C . All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bedrooms also include alarm clocks and spa robes along with extra pillows and blankets. *Master Bathroom: Full bathroom with large walk-in shower. Also connected to Queen bedroom and the laundry room (which has a stackable washer and dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent provided). Bathroom door can be locked off from Queen bedroom for extra privacy. All bathrooms include towels, hair dryer and a complete toiletry set for your convenience. *Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, cute bear lamps, wildlife artwork, armoire, rocking chair. Four vehicles max allowed. *Security Cameras: 5 exterior security cameras facing out that do not look into interior space. Located on each door entrance and outside the garage door facing the driveway. Cameras are motion-activated for audio and video and are there for guests safety and the protection of our property only. Guest access Smart lock keypad for contactless entry. Code will be provided by noon on day of check-in. Other things to note Free Wi-Fi provided. Our property uses Wi-Fi calling for cell service. Simply turn Wi-Fi Calling on in your phone settings and you then will be able to call out and receive calls. Please check with your carrier as some require set up ahead of time.
