SVR 02754 The space The White House on President is perfectly situated in downtown, Historic Savannah, making an ideal homebase for your Savannah travels! We even have a private, off-street parking space...quite the commodity in the busy city! Outside in the small garden, you'll find a little seating area and a propane grill, which offers opportunities for relaxation and al fresco dining. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the seamless blend of original architecture and modern amenities. The first floor welcomes you with a spacious living room featuring a flat-screen TV, speedy fast WiFi, and ample seating. The adjacent dining room is a grand space, ideal for entertaining friends and family. Our well-equipped and updated kitchen boasts all the amenities you'd need to prepare meals with ease. And for the mornings where you need a quick bite before you're off to explore all that Savannah has to offer...there's a cozy breakfast area just off the kitchen! Step towards the back of the house and you'll find the large sunroom, filled with natural light and perfect for indulging in a good book with a cup of coffee. Don't miss the downstairs powder room! Adorned with a gorgeous, hand painted, mural wallpaper by a local artist! Climbing the magnificent central staircase, which the house was designed around, you'll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms (two kings and one queen) along with two freshly renovated and meticulously designed full bathrooms. Abundant storage space ensures your comfort, and there's ample room to retreat and unwind. Venture up to the third floor, and you'll find a charming bonus room, a true sanctuary for kids and adults alike (but be warned, the ceilings are low!). With two twin beds, each equipped with another twin bed trundled underneath, you have a total of four twin beds – perfect for sleepovers and creating lasting memories. Guest access This building is split into the large main house (which is this listing) and a separate garden level condo (the small condo at street level). Your space is comprised of the parlor level (the floor you enter on, after going up the exterior staircase to the front door), the second floor, and the third floor/attic. The main house is entirely separate from the garden level condo on the ground floor (there are no shared spaces, except the back garden and parking area), though we do always like to make guests aware that other guests will likely be staying in the condo below, and as such, to be considerate of noise so that all can have a pleasant stay!
