The bungalow offers a double bed with mosquito net, private bathroom with hot water, stable WiFi (20–50 mbps), fan and a covered outdoor kitchen with fridge and comfortable seating area. WiFi remains active during power interruptions thanks to a UPS backup system. Ideal for couples and relaxed remote workers who appreciate authentic island living. Other things to note This is an authentic makuti-roof banda built in local style. It is comfortable and well equipped, but not European luxury standard. If you are looking for polished resort comfort, this may not be the right fit. If you appreciate character, simplicity and real Zanzibar atmosphere, you will feel at home here. Power cuts occasionally happen in Zanzibar. WiFi remains active during outages thanks to a UPS backup system, so you can continue working online if your laptop/phone has battery. Air conditioning is currently being stabilized with voltage adjustment and will operate normally once fully upgraded. A fan is available and guests sleep very comfortably.
