And speaking of views, you'll have over 100 feet of private waterfront to watch the rising tides, sunsets, and kayaking adventures. Our bedrooms and bathrooms have just been renovated and are welcoming, clean and comfortable. But wait, there's more! Our comfortable deck is the perfect place to lounge and soak up the sun, with ample seating and dining for 6. Families with kids are encouraged, and pets are allowed - because we know that Fido needs a vacation too. Other things to note For the adventurous, the Salt Marsh Trail is just next door for hiking and biking, or bundle up and experience the beauty of winter hiking. And for the surfers out there, Nova Scotia's most popular surfing beach is just a short 6 km away - you'll be hanging ten in no time. Now, we know that some people overlook Dartmouth in favor of Halifax, but hear us out. In just 15 minutes, you can be at Alderney Landing and the trendy downtown area, including the Renegade Records shop. And don't even get us started on the incredible baked goods and coffee at Two if By Sea Cafe, or the delicious cocktails at Dear Friend Bar. Plus, the North Brewing Company brewery is just 10 minutes away - beer lovers, rejoice! (Okay, okay. If really want to visit downtown Halifax, it's a 25 minute drive away.)
