The space In the open floor plan, with a modern kitchen and living room, you will find a separate bedroom with comfortable beds and TV. Large living room with three sofas and 63-inch Frame TV for cozy movie or game nights. Sofa bed in the older living room area next to the kitchen that can be screened off with curtains. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom studio style with a sofa that has a magnificent view of the Sundet, perfect for reading, yoga or other peaceful activities. Smaller terrace is accessed from upstairs. Guest access The whole house except for a locked dressing room and a locked basement. Private garden area with several patios, a charming conservatory and pool. Possibility of charging an electric car on the property for a fee, bed linens are not included. The accommodation is mostly powered by solar energy. Other things to note Höganäs and Kullabygden offer fantastic excursion destinations.
