The space * * Please note, the majority of our reservations are for a full semester or school year and this is preferred. We accept semester-long reservations (fall/spring) and shorter stays in summer. To keep rates low, we minimize vacancies and don't accept reservations that leave a large gap in the calendar. If your reservation would leave a 7+ day gap on the calendar, please contact us first. The Airbnb calendar is up to date and shows current bookings. The room is furnished with a queen-size mattress and bed frame, a small sofa, small dining set, desk, chair, tv, and tv stand. Please read full listing before sending in a reservation request. Due to Berkeley’s strict rent control, we require 1) copies of ID from all adults staying in the apartment and 2) a signed lease through Docusign, completed at least 48-hours prior to check-in. Unfortunately, this requirement cannot be waived so if this is a concern, another Airbnb would be best. All older buildings require maintenance and we always work quickly with guests to correct issues that come up. If it would upset you to work through maintenance issues together, for your stress levels and ours, please book a newer building.
