Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop. The space BBH is light and bright and sparkling clean and just feels like a holiday escape Guest access The whole house and outdoor spaces are all yours for your stay, the backyard is fully enclosed and safe for even the smallest dog. Other things to note We have some expectations of our guests when staying in our house, firstly we need to know the correct amount of guests staying and if only one guest is booked then only one bedroom is allocated for you, also if two guests are booked we presume one bedroom unless stated that two rooms are required. We need to know if a pet is also coming along (no more that two) as we have extra cleaning procedures put in place when pets come. For the comfort of all our guests we Do Not allow pets on beds or furniture especially couches, you will need to bring your own pets beds. We also do not allow pets being left inside when you leave the property, the back door can be left open but internal laundry door closed. If these house rules are not followed an extra charge will charged.
