The space The 3-star gite is located 5 minutes from the village of Duras, between the Lot and Garonne, the Dordogne and the Gironde, with stunning views of the forest and vineyards. It is located 30 minutes from Bergerac, 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1h30 from the Bassin d 'Arcachon. On the ground floor: - Lovers of exposed stone will be captivated by the living/dining room area, which features a leather sofa and ottoman, solid teak furniture, a Smart HD TV with Chromecast, and a vintage vineyard table that can seat 6 people. - The kitchen area invites you to the living room where you can drink your coffee or read your emails facing the garden. It includes large countertops, a sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, plenty of storage, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, steamer, etc. - The master bedroom is equipped with premium bedding with a large 160x200 bed, double pillows, and linen sets, not to mention an open closet. There is an adjoining bathroom with a sink, towel dryer, a very large shower, and a toilet. - Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with two beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed with a mattress topper upon request.
