The space The 3-star cottage is located 5 minutes from the village of Duras, between Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne and Gironde, with stunning views of the forest and vineyards. It is 30 minutes from Bergerac, 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from Bassin d'Arcachon. On the ground floor: - Lovers of exposed stone will be seduced by the living room/dining room area offering a sofa and leather pouf, solid teak furniture, a HD TV Connected with Chromecast, an old winegrower's table that can accommodate 6 people. - The kitchen area extends into the living room where you can drink your coffee or read your emails facing the garden. It includes large worktops, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction stove, range hood, oven, microwave, plenty of storage, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, steamer... - The master bedroom is equipped with premium bedding with a large 160 X 200 bed, double pillows and linen sets, not to mention an open wardrobe. A bathroom is attached with sink, towel dryer, a very large shower, and toilet. - Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with two beds that can be converted into a queen size bed on request with a mattress topper. Another bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, towel dryer and toilet is also available upstairs. In addition, the mezzanine offers extra space with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for reading or as an extra bed. You will find a play area with books and board games for all ages.
