We welcome you to our 40 m² cottage, which has just been renovated. Close to Lille, Tournai, Valenciennes and close to the thermal baths of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux. Ideal gîte for 2 people: 1 bedroom with a double bed (high quality bedding). 1 living room with sofa bed, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, dedicated terrace (outdoor table) For any long stay, please let us know. The space Our cottage is ideal for 2 people with the possibility of a second extra bed for 2 people in the living room (for any booking of more than 3 people, the price includes the sofa bed linen / for any trip of 2 people who wish to sleep separately in the bed and sofa, a supplement of 10 euros will be requested). The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed), high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a connected TV (Netflix, YouTube and other apps depending on the channels of your choice – you can connect your BoxTV with HDMI cable), cozy bedroom with a double bed (new and high-quality bedding) 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, storage and toilet. 2 terraces are at your disposal, one with garden views.
