Welcome to the Byre, Frilford near to historic Abingdon on Thames. A bright and spacious barn conversion/suite for 2 maximum adjacent to our home. The Byre has a separate sitting room with large screen Smart TV. There isn’t a kitchen but a unit containing Kettle and Nespresso Machine, plates and cutlery, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Toaster Super fast Wifi NO CLEANING FEE! Breakfast unavailable, Millets farm cafe is only 100m away.t The space The Byre is a Barn conversion which has its own entrance into a spacious and bright sitting room with comfy sofa, smart TV and large cupboard containing a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. Tea bags, Nespresso pods, sugar and milk supplied on arrival Dining table and chairs Super fast Wifi Discount weekly rate and for regular guests, please ask. We are within 30 minutes of the Cotswolds, Burford, Clarksons Farm and Pub, plus Daylesford Farm shop. We have our own Farm shop, restaurant and local shops within walking distance. Spacious bathroom with rain shower and a hand held shower over a full size bath. Face Cloths Bath Sheets Hand Towels Toilet Large sink unit. Shower Wash, Hand wash and Hand Lotion supplied Spacious, comfortable bedroom with a King Size mahogany sleigh bed. Dressing table with mirror over. Chest of drawers Shelf with knobs and hangers Hairdryer Cotton wool pads and Baby buds supplied Iron and ironing board available on request. Guest access This is a complete annexe just for yourself. The person booking must be the first guest staying and there is a total head count of 2 maximum. Other things to note Please note that we are located on the A415 road so you will hear some traffic noise particularly during commuting hours. If you are a light sleeper then it may not be suitable for you. However you will not hear other guests as you are in your own building. We can only accommodate a maximum of two adults and do not host children under 16 or pets. Please note that we do not charge a cleaning fee. The cost for two guests is slightly more than for a single guest as costs are less with a single guest so this is passed on to the single guest which seems only fair. For transparency air b and b take approximately 18.5% of the total you pay for their fees. The suite is only suitable for 2 adults, we do not accept children under 16 years old. So if there is one adult then one 16 year old is fine. As there isn’t a kitchen at The Byre we will replace any used dishes for clean each day, just pop them outside in the basket supplied. Early or late check out. Our usual check in is 4pm to 9pm. If we can accommodate an early check in then it’s an extra £10 per hour. Check out is by 11am. Late check out is an extra £10 per hour.
