Our private first floor studio apartment is situated at the base of the spectacular MacDonnell Ranges, 3km from the CBD. It has everything you need for a comfortable long or short stay, including a full kitchen, Queen size bed and bathroom. If you don't feel like cooking, the Casino and Hilton hotels are within walking distance and provide some great dining options. This is the perfect place to relax after a day of work or sightseeing. The space The studio apartment was freshly painted and redecorated in March 2023. The queen bed has a high quality mattress and an added mattress topper for super comfort. There are layers of laundered mattress protectors for extra hygiene, including pillow protectors on all pillows. The bathroom is bright and super clean. Good quality towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner supplied. And of course a hair dryer should you need it. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of quality cookware, microwave, electric oven, stove and grill. We have provided a coffee machine and coffee pods so you can kick-start your day. If coffee isn't your thing then hot chocolate, tea and sugar is also provided. I've also provide some basic essentials such as clothes peg, washing powder, clothes airer, swim towels, BBQ essentials for the communal BBQ, extra pillows and blankets. The studio is located in an apartment complex so some facilities are shared. The laundry facilities are paid communal machines. Guestbooks for dining and travel are attached, and there is a hard copy guestbook provided with all relevant information for your stay. Alice Springs is a beautiful part of the county, and we hope you can enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access You will have this cozy studio apartment to yourself. Other things to note Alice Springs weather is usually warm or hot; be sure to carry plenty of water and sunscreen with you to avoid dehydration and sunburn. Like most places, Alice Springs has its share of anti-social behaviour and crime. Please don’t leave valuables in your car. If you are new to Alice Springs or Australia, it will be helpful for you to know that it is not uncommon to encounter "creatures". In the summer it is common for you to encounter flies, mosquitos, beetles, lizards and occasionally a snake.
