It is located near many attractions (e.g. Opéra Bastille, Place de la Bastille). The Sully-Morland station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily explore the city. The space Welcome to my home! This studio is centrally located, close to many restaurants, cafes, and shops, and just a 20-minute walk to Notre Dame. The functional living room features a TV and a dining table enough for two or multiple storage spaces. It also includes two comfortable sofas, one of which is a brand-new sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. After a long day of sightseeing, you can relax and watch your favourite shows. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for a delicious meal. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available. If you fancy dining in, you can grab your dinner in a small dining area. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, such as a shower, toilet and sink, alongside complimentary fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
