Its spacious and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have installed air conditioners in all areas of the condo for your comfort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condominium, as well as the pool and common areas. We just ask that you be respectful to others. Other things to note - ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental. The cost of this service will depend on the use made by each customer during their stay. The approximate cost of energy is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, which can be paid in cash, bank transfer, and Airbnb. Please use it responsibly. One way to save energy is to keep air conditioners off when not needed and make sure to turn them off every time you the condo. We will send you a message with the updated electricity balance at check-in and check-out time. The front door has a smart lock that has a camera included. We offer additional cleaning services during your stay for the price of USD $45.00, which must be requested and scheduled by the guest. Please treat our spaces with respect.
