Free Wifi and parking are included. The space This condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to spend time in downtown Bend on the Deschutes River. There is no better home base for exploring the outdoors playground known as Central Oregon! Unit 144/145 of the Pioneer Park Condos, or as we like to call it, "Deschutes and Ladders" is just a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown and a two minute stroll to the Deschutes River and trails. This is currently the most well appointed condo we manage at Pioneer Park Condominiums. Our owners spent months giving it their professional designer touch and attention to detail. Originally their home, every box was checked. The full kitchen is very well appointed to fulfill all needs for dining in. The condo is divided into two separate sleeping areas (hence the two unit numbers). Because they are close to the river and downtown, Pioneer Park Condominiums were originally built in the late 1970s as a condominium hotel, or "condotel," until the HOA changed course decades ago to become a collection of private condos.  Guests love this place, among other reasons, because it has two full bathrooms. Two can sleep in the master bedroom, while two can sleep on a luxury sofa-bed in the living room and enjoy the gas fireplace. Each side of the condo has its own private balcony with a grill on the living room side balcony.  We can say with confidence that this condo will provide you all the comforts of home, given the personal touches and designer savvy of our owners. FYI, the guitar pictured in the bedroom is not included, sorry! :) Guest access The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit. Other things to note "This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer."
