Apartment located in the heart of Partenkirchen with excellent public transport connections. The space This wonderful apartment is on the top floor of a house that was built in 1903. You enter it and on the right you have the entrance to the bedroom with double bed and closet, through this you also get to the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Here light comes in through the skylight. In the corridor on the left there is a cloakroom and a desk with an office swivel chair, for those who cannot do without work even on vacation. Opposite the front door you come into the spacious living room with sofa bed and TV and the exit to the approx. 8m wide balcony with a south-facing view. Immediately following is the kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen and the dining table with space for 4-6 people. We are also happy to welcome your animal family members, but we must limit this to 1 animal out of consideration for the other residents. Guest access There are 8 steps up in the inner courtyard and you are standing at the entrance, there is a key safe to the left of the bells, in which you will find house and apartment keys. The apartment is on the top floor on the right. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the building, so climbing the stairs is the order of the day. Other things to note As mentioned, the house was built in 1903, so it has been around for a few years. But as is so often the case in life, it's what's on the inside that counts, that is, the apartment. This has been lovingly renovated and furnished. The town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges a tourism fee of €3 per person per night. This is NOT payable via Airbnb, it must be paid on site. Can be paid in cash or via Pay-Pal. There is free local transport and many discounts on site.
