When you stay here, you and your guests will enjoy penthouse views of beautiful Dewey Beach. Steps from the beach and even closer to the night life, you will be centrally located for a fun adventure. You can enjoy happy hour sunsets on the patio, sunrise views with a cup of coffee in the morning, or late night adventures directly next to Starboard and Dewey Beer Company. Everything is walking distance or a short trolley ride to Rehoboth Beach. Park your car when you arrive and enjoy the ride. The space *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo is just what the doctor ordered for all your vacation needs. The property is big enough to hold two sets of families or a group of friends visiting the area for a reunion. Have dinner on the wrap around deck or relax on our huge L-shaped couch after a long beach day. Sit back and enjoy your holiday. Guest access The Izzy Plaza has outdoor showers (open seasonally) located on the 1st floor and a storage space located on the 3rd floor for guests to use. They both require a key to enter. The BLUE key on the keychain for these two locks is located in the bowl at the front entryway of the unit. The storage shed is where you will find beach chairs for you to use during your stay. Please place them back when finished using them. Other things to note *There are 2 assigned parking spots labeled “Izzy Plaza 2101 D” on the left side of the building, across from Starboard. You also need to have a parking pass displayed in your vehicle windshield while parked there. Please do this right away. The passes are located in the bowl at the front entryway of the unit. Please make sure to return these before you leave or you will be charged! (There might be parking cones in front of the assigned spots that you might have to move in order to park. These are preventative so other people do not park in the assigned spots). **PLEASE NOTE - during major events at the Starboard(i.e.- Dewey Goes Pink in October), the parking spots may get taken up by the Starboard's pop up stage, so the 2 spots will not be available during those events. We apologize for the inconvenience. *Street parking in Dewey Beach is metered from May 15 to September 15. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to paper bags or a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
