Hello☺️, We offer our family cottage that can accommodate 6 beds with its private land so that you can fully recharge your batteries and enjoy Gruissan ☀️ 🏖️ 🦩 and its surroundings. Ideally located, you will be less than a 2-minute walk to amenities in season and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The space Let's discover the cottage together☺️. Once through the gate, you access a small exterior that surrounds the cottage, outdoor shower, shed, hanging seat, barbecue and outdoor lounge are at your disposal. There are two entrances to enter the cottage. Either on the ground floor through a laundry area or take the outside stairs to the other entrance door. The latter opens onto an airlock through which you access a very bright dining area that is semi-open to the kitchen. You now enter a living room of nearly 30 m2 with a TV area, a relaxation area (books, games and board games) as well as an office area that can also be converted into a bed (160 x 200). Finally, you will have access from this living room to a small private terrace to enjoy the sea air. A secure staircase will then take you to the ground floor. A clearing room with plenty of storage will allow you to access the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom/toilet and laundry room. Regarding the beds: - 1 bunk bed 90 x 190 (2) - 1 bed 140 x 190 (2) - 1 bed 140 x 190 (2) (sheets and towels are available as an option) The chalet is fully air-conditioned and ready to welcome you 😊 Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage.
