We are a 2 mile ride to the beach or enjoy a free shuttle ride there. Guests will also enjoy access to the pool. Our home has space for 3 cars. *Dogs must be leashed during walks and picked up after. *Items can not hang from railings to dry *All personal items, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc must be stored in the home (not on porches or carports) to keep a tidy appearance outdoors Guest access You will have the whole house, 1800 Sq ft, one level single family house, the deck and backyard to enjoy. Our home is inside the gated community of Sea Pines. When you arrive, you will be required to stop at the gate entrance and pay $30 CASH, per car. Or 9$ CASH for a daily pass. This rental guest pass will be good for one week. We will provide you a unique code to serve as your “key” to the house via an electronic keypad. Guest will also have year round access to Harbour Town Pool. Snowbird discounted rates are also available. Please message for details! Other things to note *Check-in time will be 4PM *Check-out time is 10AM We are blessed with a wonderful housekeeping staff, and appreciate guests who follow our check out time and producers. Thank you for your cooperation. Please be considerate of our neighbors, as most of our neighbors live on the street year round.
