Private Dock, Kayaks, Paddle Board, Hot tub, Fire pit. All guests are required to secure a deposit and sign a rental agreement. Main level bedroom has an ensuite and queen size bed. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with a kings size bed and a jack-n-jill style bathroom. There are extra roll aways beds and a baby bed on the upper level. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a jack-n-jill style bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other one a double bunk room consisting of 4 queen beds. The upper level bathroom has a tub/shower while the other bathrooms have showers. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen for convenience. The main level has an open concept living and dining area surrounded by huge windows with magnificent views. The lower level is a cozy den with a gaming area. Outdoors is where you will spend your time in the nicer weather months. Lots of outdoor seating and dinings. You will be required to sign a rental agreement, a point of contact form and set up a required security deposit just making your reservation. This is required to stay with us.
