Located in the Lardas village, is the perfect base if you want to visit the exotic Balos Lagoon and the Falassarna emerald water beach in a few minutes drive! The space With its location set on a small typical village of Crete, but just 2 minutes away from the main road that leads you to Balos Lagoon or Falassarna beach, its breathtaking mountains, lush olive groves and sea views, as well as the everyday life rhythms that only a village can offer, our holiday house gives you the chance to deeply relax from all the everyday stresses and experience life from another perspective! Sunbeam village House is a 100sqm ground floor house fully renovated in 2023. It is ideally located in a 100m altitude, away from the touristic areas of West Crete, being the one of a few houses of a small settlement in the Lardas village. Entering the house you will find a spacious open plan area. The kitchen of the house is modern with a breakfast bar and chairs for your convenience, and fully equipped with coffee makers (espresso and filter coffee), boiler, toaster, big refrigerator and dish washer. A stylish dining area that comfortably seats 6 and a living area with a large corner sofa and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix service complete a welcoming area for all family. The doors and windows of the living area provide light and a cool breeze even in Summer time! The door that separates the living area from the bedrooms area offers the most privacy when traveling with family or friends. The house offers 2 sunny and airy bedrooms, both with A/C, comfortable mattresses and large wardrobes, ideal for longer stays. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), big wardrobe, make up mirror, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, A/C and window with amazing sea and mountain views. The second bedroom comes with a king size double bed (1,80 x 2,00) or 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00), big wardrobe, make-up mirror and window sea views. The highlight of Sunbeam Village House is its large sun-room with extra sitting and dinning area and large windows overlooking the gulf of Kissamos and the evergreen olive groves of the surroundings! The views are breathtaking and the breeze refreshing! The corner sofa of this room can easily turn into a double bed if more people in our guests group. The house is self-catering, private, and ideally sleeps 4 people for the most comfort and privacy. A young child (0-4 years old) can join using a baby cot. The patio at the front of the house is furnished with an extra dinning table and chairs for enjoyable days under the sun, unforgettable evenings and amazing stargazing at nights! Guest access The whole house is available for your guests! Other things to note Other things to note include that during evening or at night, it often gets chilly even during summer time, due to location. You might need a jacket to enjoy your evenings and nights at the patio of the house. When you decide to book with Sunbeam Village House, please bear in mind that you will be living in nature.
