Two bedroom apartment located next to the Alameda de Hércules, a bohemian neighbourhood full of life, restaurants, bars and local shops. Undoubtedly one of the most charming areas of Seville's historic centre, within easy reach of the main tourist attractions. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Seville and carefully decorated to make our guests feel at home. The space The apartment is located on the first floor, you have to climb stairs. The building is very quiet and the bedrooms do not overlook the street, so it is an ideal place to rest. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm) and another with two single beds (90x190cm). The living-dining room is an ideal space to relax. It has a sofa, armchairs and a dining table that can also be used as a work space. It has balconies overlooking the street, which provides a very pleasant natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and kitchenware, as well as large and small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine...). IMPORTANT: The building has a lift but it is OUT OF SERVICE. So, as indicated in the list of services, it is important that guests know before arrival that there is NO LIFT. Other things to note The apartment can be accessed from 16:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the 11:00 check-out time may be extended if compatible with later bookings.
