The space Sol Mediterráneo offers you this wonderful apartment in the Eurotennis complex, recently renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style, on the beachfront "La Caleta·" and with direct access to it, in Villajoyosa. 5 minutes by car from Benidorm and bus stop in the same urbanization. This beautiful apartment with capacity for 4 people and two bedrooms, is composed of a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and TV to watch your favorite channels. From the dining room you can enjoy the sea views while you have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The two bedrooms are divided by the double bedroom that includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and night light for reading, and by the double bedroom, with a trundle bed that offers a wardrobe and table with a night light. It also includes a bathroom inside the apartment with a shower. Finally, a large terrace to enjoy the views, a breakfast watching the sunrise, a game of cards while you watch the sunset. The apartment includes tennis rackets and balls to play a game of tennis and have fun exercising. The urbanization has a swimming pool, tennis courts and parking open all year round and at no additional cost. I work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays.
