The space A spacious loft with character ✨ The loft is located on the second and third floors of a historic building and immediately feels open, bright and inviting. Everything is connected: living space, kitchen, dining area and work corner together form a large, harmonious space. The industrial structure with beams, pipes and high ceilings is softened by warm colors, wood, textiles and lots of greenery. It is a place where peace and quiet and coming together are central. Living room and lounge 🛋️ The living space is the heart of the loft. Large windows on both sides provide daylight from morning to evening. The large sofa invites you to long evenings with movies, games or just some wood on the fireplace. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and relaxed. From the living room, you step onto the terrace, so that inside and outside flow nicely into each other. On sunny days, you live almost entirely on the rhythm of the light. Kitchen and dining 🍽️ The modern kitchen is made for real cooking and standing around the island together. You will find everything you need: • sharp knives • solid pots and pans • basic herbs • Novy oven • gas stove • Blender • spacious fridge • dishwasher The cooking island is the centerpiece, ideal for preparing aperitifs while the rest are standing around the island. The kitchen connects directly to the outdoor lounge, so you always stay close to the company. Terrace and outdoor space 🌿 The outdoor space feels like a small city yard. A wooden pergola, lounge chairs, outdoor table and lots of greenery create a quiet, intimate place where you can easily spend hours. Whether it's a coffee in the morning sun, an aperitif in the afternoon or a quiet evening outside, the terrace is one of the most beautiful extensions of the loft. Design and details 🧱 Everywhere you see the combination of industrial charm and warmth: visible beams, a solid wooden staircase, natural stone, linen, plants and soft accents. It feels spacious and special, but at the same time very homely. Small details and thoughtful decoration ensure a harmonious whole. Three comfortable bedrooms 🛏️ Master suite The master suite occupies almost the entire width of the house and feels like a luxury retreat. You sleep on a comfortable king size bed with soft premium mattress and quality linen. The room has a freestanding bathtub, a private sink and wooden beams above your head. This is the room to really relax and unwind. Bedrooms 2 and 3 Bedrooms 2 and 3 are two almost identical, warm and bright rooms with wooden accents. Each room has: • a king size bed • an extra single bed • an own sink Between these two rooms is a shared bathroom with spacious rain shower. This makes the floor ideal for families, couples or friends who want to sleep close to each other and still want to keep their own room and sink. Bathrooms 🚿 There is a separate bathroom with spacious rain shower in blue mosaic, located between bedrooms 2 and 3. In the master suite you will find the freestanding bathtub with its own sink. Practical items such as hairdryer, cleaning supplies and storage options are provided. Guest access The entire space is completely for you. From the open living space to the terrace, everything is at your disposal. Make yourself comfortable, relax and feel completely at home here. Other things to note – The stairs to the bedroom and bathroom floor have no handrail. Be sure to take this into account if young children, pets or less mobile people are traveling with you. – Towels are not provided, please bring your own.
