Riverfront Home with Spa, Stage, and Grandstand

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This renovated family home has all the requirements of a lovely family holiday. Bring the kids and enjoy the spa, sky tv, large entertaining kitchen with enormous oven. Lovely large outdoor furniture setting on expansive decks, including stage and grandstand incorporated in the deck, this is a truly lovely comfortable home for the perfect peaceful getaway The space In the front door then you have the largest bedroom on the left with two single beds and both have trundle beds underneath, with a sturdy, safe, clean, wooden, cot made up in that room all with quality linen. Down the hall you come to the original bathroom with the bath with a shower over, also modern toilet and vanity in this bathroom, next to that is the double room with a super king size bed again with quality linen and beautiful outlook over the river. Next there is the large lounge with a huge 10 seater couch making it all the more cozy, there are drawers of toys and games for the kids in this tv-free room. The kitchen, with the massive polished stone counter top island with bar stools for breakfast and any other meal. This counter top is difficult to mark or damage (I would say impossible). Kitchen also has a four oven stove with 7 gas burners, fully stocked kitchen with microwave, jug, toaster, and many more appliances, all at your full disposal. Ingredients for a full continental breakfast available in the cupboard and the fridge. All manner of crockery, cutlery and cooking pans and pots. Down a couple of stairs is the second bathroom with an enormous (double sized) shower, another toilet and tiny vanity. From there you get to the second lounge with basic sky tv and a stereo. The outlook onto the deck and the spa and up the river. Next to this is the third bedroom with two single beds. Out on the enormous deck is a 10 seater top quality dining table and a 6-7 seater spa pool, that deck has long steps that are like a grandstand facing the second deck that is like a stage for performances, or other shows. There is another deck out off the kitchen with a secondary sitting area should there be wind off the river. The forth bedroom is a cabin off the deck outside the kitchen with a queen sized bed with linen included, there is also a large desk in this room for quiet work getaways if need be. Concrete path leads you from the cabin to the stairs to the kitchen so can be done with your slippers on. Every part of this property has high speed fibre internet, with pods making it able to be accessed everywhere. Such a lovely family property, in a super quiet neighborhood in a tiny tiny northland town, you will definitely enjoy your stay with us. If you need anything just ask. Guest access House will be open for you, go down the walkway between the garage and the house and turn left, up the steps and then that door will be unlocked and the key will be on the inside of the door. Other things to note The house will be ready for you in the afternoon anytime after 3.00pm. If you walk down the footpath between the garage and the house and turn left and go up the stairs, that door will be unlocked with the key on the inside. A few things you need to know about our old house. The fireplace in the front (towards the road) is unable to be used safely we are waiting to get it fixed. The spa is all ready to go, spa towels are in the cupboard under the tv, help yourself and enjoy, please do not remove the lid altogether but fold it in half and then lift with the bar so it stays on one side of the spa as a windbreak from any southerly, then it is easy to put on and off. ALWAYS keep the lid on and latched when not in use and supervise children at all times. The lights for the deck go on and off with the switch on the wall of the bedroom that looks like it is for the light on the wall of the bedroom, a trick for young players :). Help yourself to the food in the fridge and the pantry. All appliances and things in the kitchen cupboards are for your use. In the drawers under the coffee table, in the front lounge there are a number of games and things for the kids to do. The bathroom at the front of the house (closest to the road) has the hot and cold the wrong way around and beware the tap has massive pressure, it will splash you.
