The Cobbles at Hill Farm is a multiple-bedroom (single) property in the heart of Cheshire, with all the comforts of home. Features include a shower room, shared fully equipped kitchen, over, hobs, air fryer, coffee machine, workspace, breakfast bar, and secure parking. Set in Dutton, with countryside walks nearby and easy access to Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales, and the M56. Ideal for business, leisure, relocation, or extended stays. The space The entrance to the Cobles is through a single communal. Each apartment has door key coded to the apartment. Through the door in a corridor which allows access to bedrooms, kitchen bathroom and laundry. In your bedroom you have your own fridge freezer, wardrobe a set of drawers. You also have a table and chair for work or for eating in your room. Kettle and cups with a TV and fire stick so you can enjoy a movie with a cup a tea. This is perfect space giving you privacy when working away from home. Guest access Each property has its own dedicated parking space for one vehicle. The parking space is ok for a car or a van, if your have anything bigger than a van please send a message. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OTHER VISITORS SPACE We do limit free parking to just one car per property to avoid congestion however extra parking is available at a weekly cost of £50. THIS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE; you can arrange this after you have booked with Airbnb. If you have visitor’s no more than one extra car per time and no more than 2 hours free parking is available in our general car park area. Please refrain from allowing your visitors to park in other dedicated parking space for other guest’s. During your stay We live on site in the main house. Our house is in the court yard and we are available what’s app (contact number can be seen on our profile) is the best way to contact us in working hours. . if we are not at home then Robert or Karl our on site staff would be around to look after any guests. We have an electronics business that supplies camping solutions for caravans and motorhomes our offices are on site. If you need any assistance, please note our offices hours are between 9am and 5pm. Other things to note Each unit has coded access, check the user manual in the room and save the room code. It is NOT allowed to bring electrical appliances such as heaters or anyother high wattage items. Laptops are not a problem but high wattage items are not allowed. We have electric gates on the entrance which you will be given the gate code when you book. The Gates auto detect vehicles leaving and open alternatively there is a button to exit for pedestrians. CCTV cameras are on the gates and on the car park areas. We want you to be safe during your stay and the cottage is equipped with smoke detectors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Please check the info folder on arrival to make yourself familiar with their locations. A laundry service is available the machines are coin opperated. Ironing board etc. are all available. Internet wifi from is available. Please see the user manual for the password Delivery from supermarkets is possible, so if you wish to order most of the supermarkets that do delivery will deliver to Hill Farm. Fuel Station & convenience store is 1.5 miles out of our gates and left Closest supermarket is 3 miles away ASDA and ALDI Frodsham is our closet town 4.8 miles from us a taxi service or a river walk away If you have any other requirement for visitors then please ask Chris or Colette and we will do our best to support.
