You’ll have all the privacy you need during your stay. Need to do laundry? A washer and dryer are available in the backyard — just let me know in advance so I can make sure the dogs are inside and the area is clear for you. Other things to note 🐾 Please Note: The apartment is adjacent to the host’s backyard, where friendly dogs sometimes play. Guests do not have access to the backyard — for your safety and theirs. Washer & dryer are available on request – host will coordinate access. A sweet outdoor cat named Dinosaur may greet you but is not allowed inside the apartment. 🧼 Clean, Quiet, and Smoke-Free: This is a strictly non-smoking property, both inside and out. Since the HVAC system is shared, any smoke indoors will be detected — and violators will be asked to leave.
