It is structured on two levels, on the ground floor we find a beautiful and bright living area finely furnished and with fine architectural details, such as the ceilings with wooden beams and stone walls. In this area we find elegant light sofas, a satellite TV and a large dining table from which you can enjoy spectacular sea views. From the living area, through large windows, you exit on the patio that leads directly to the beautiful pool of the villa. On the patio there is another large outdoor dining table, for excellent outdoor lunches and dinners with breathtaking sea views. The large pool area has sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful sun of Sardinia in total relaxation and comfort. Also on the ground floor we find a nice fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and various tools. From the ground floor, climbing a couple of steps, you access the sleeping area, which has two double bedrooms, each with ensuite private bathroom and direct access to a furnished terrace with a natural junction lounge, to enjoy in full peace the enchanting sea view. The sleeping area completes a third single bedroom, always with ensuite private bathroom. The villa also has an annex, accessed through steps that descend from the pool area and lead to another level of the garden where a well-kept English lawn is located. In the annex there are two beautiful double suites, each with private bathroom, outdoor terrace in front of the lawn, and beautiful sea view that can also be enjoyed comfortably from the bed. The villa is air-conditioned (except the single room) and has free Wi-Fi. It is equipped with quality sheets and towels and has a washing machine. The villa is very nice and comfortable, it enjoys an enchanting panoramic position on the sea and at the same time its proximity to all the major attractions of the Emerald Coast. A 2-minute drive away is the pedestrian center of Porto Cervo with its Piazzetta, its restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops, pharmacy, tobacco, supermarket and everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday full of relaxation but also of fun, thanks to the many trendy clubs in the area. Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world such as the beach of Capriccioli, with its enchanting coves; Del Principe beach, the favorite of the founder of the Costa Smeralda; the Pevero beach, with its fine white sand and its clear emerald waters; the beach of Liscia Ruja, with its sand tending to pink. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a dream vacation full of luxury, relaxation, privacy, paradisiacal beaches, but also the fun of the "emerald nightlife" within a few minutes by car. In the case of a pet, a cleaning supplement of €100.00 is required (only one small pet is allowed during the stay). Upon request, it is possible to book an extra cleaning service, which will then be paid directly on site to the service personnel. A security deposit of €1000.00 per week is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival, which will be returned within 48 hours of the end of the stay, after checking the villa.
