Located 1.5 hours from Paris, the Maison des Chouettes is a beautiful Norman family home that we rent out occasionally to people who will take good care of it. It is ideal for gatherings with family or friends. 6 adults + children and babies. The house is not suitable for parties. Fireplace, well-equipped kitchen. Large enclosed garden of 2,000 m² with garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit and above-ground swimming pool in summer. A real house, warm and lively, occasionally open to our guests. The space 4 bedrooms – up to 6 adults with children and babies: Main Floor: • 1 x double bedroom with ensuite shower room. • 1 separate toilet. • Living room with fireplace; wood is provided; TV, DVD player, karaoke, Wi-Fi with fiber optic internet. • Dining room. • Well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Coffee, tea, herbal teas and basic staples are available, as well as a small welcome basket. Washer and dryer. Floor: • 1 large bedroom with TV, opening onto a sitting room. • 1 separate bathroom. • 1 separate restroom. All of this can be used as a master suite. • 1 x double bedroom with ensuite shower room. • 1 triple bedroom for children and baby, with sink. Linens included: * Fitted sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and kitchen towels. 🌿 Large enclosed garden of 2,000 m², barbecue, fire pit and above-ground pool in summer. Guest access Access to the whole property and garden. Parking at the entrance to the property for up to 3 cars. We can't park outside. Other things to note Weekends with long weekends are available for a minimum of 3 nights. We have fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Household staples are available (cleaning products, tea towels, and condiments). Bed linens and towels included. The garden is fenced with wire mesh, and we have planted a brand new hedge along the property. Please note that parties are not allowed and that you should treat the place as you would your own home.
