Guest access Entire home and garden shed. Will not have access to the detached garage. Other things to note Home has a 1500 gallon holding tank for septic and water waste. Please let us know if septic alarm goes off between the hours of 9am-9apm we have 3 days to get it pumped after the alarm goes off. Alarm is located above the laundry room tub in lower level.
