3-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home on a beautiful, spacious lot in a nice open cove on Lake Murray. Includes a large lot, screened in porch and deck, brand new dock, and boat ramp for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors on the lake! The space Old mobile home that has been recently updated. 3-bedrooms: master has a queen bed, middle room has a queen bed, and the back bedroom has a bunk bed. Nice large attached screened-in porch with large deck looking over the lake. A new dock with room for two boats and a boat ramp to put your boat in the water. Guest access Guests have full access the whole house, dock and boat ramp. There is a second dock with top floor that is not for guests to use. Other things to note Linens and bath towels will be provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Please bring your own “beach” towels for outdoor activities. Also bring any extra basic paper products depending on the number of family/friends staying. We do not have an ice-maker so you may want to bring a bag of ice or 2 for the freezer. No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. Do not park on the lake side yard. It can be soft soil and there is a septic tank.
