Location over luxury! A beautiful, spacious lot in a nice, open cove on Lake Murray. Includes a large lot, newer dock, and boat ramp for you to enjoy! If you’re ok with a no frills old mobile home to lay your head at night with perfect access to enjoy all the swimming, fishing, and boating your heart desires, this is the place for you! The space Old mobile home that has had some updates over the years. 3-bedrooms: master has a queen bed, middle room has a queen bed, and the back bedroom has a bunk bed. Large attached screened-in porch with large deck looking over the lake. A newer dock with room for two boats and a boat ramp to put your boat in the water. Guest access Guests have full access the whole house, dock and boat ramp. There is a second double-deck dock next door on the empty lot but is NOT for guests to use. Also DO NOT drive or park on the lake side yard! The is a septic tank and drain field Other things to note Linens and bath towels will be provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Please bring your own “beach” towels for outdoor activities. Also bring any extra basic paper products depending on the number of family/friends staying. We do not have an ice-maker so you may want to bring a bag of ice or 2 for the freezer. There is a charcoal grill so bring charcoal if you plan to grill. No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. DO NOT park on the lake side yard. It can be soft soil and there is a septic tank and drain field!
