Stay with us at our Southwest boho/ cozy townhouse where you are centrally located in Downtown, Albuquerque. This location allowed walkable access to places such as the Albuquerque BioPark, the Botanical Gardens, dog parks, and walking & biking trails along the Rio Grande. You are also minutes away from Old Town plaza. Here, you can find many tourist attractions and restaurants. We hope you enjoy this wonderful space! The space You and your guest walk into our three story condo to a full living room and large kitchen space. Our kitchen includes full appliances such as a full electric range, fridge, and dishwasher. Some smaller appliances are a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Don't worry, we provide MOST of all your cooking needs such as silverware, plates, pots &pans, and morning essentials such as coffee and tea. The second & third floor have FULL bathrooms socked with towels, toilet paper, and everyday essentials, such as hand-wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (steamer upon request is available). The second floor includes a cozy QUEEN size bed, and smaller lodge chair to relax and unwind. The third floor includes a twin size bed, full size bed, with a full size bed bunk over it. Sleeping up to 4 guests. DON'T forget about your balconies on each level as well with views of our mountains and city! The third floor also has a washroom for all your traveling clothes. We hope you enjoy this space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit and parking area. During your stay Guests can contact us via Airbnb or the phone number that is provided. We don't mind being at the property if needed. Other things to note The unit has MANY MANY stairs as it is a 3-story unit. Please beware of this for children as we do NOT provide baby gates The ENTIRE property is fully gated and parking is FIRST COME or there is street parking otherwise. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the townhouse. This includes e-cigarettes, marjuana, and cigarettes. If so, there is a strict $500.00 fee for smoking. We ask to pay your $40.00 pet fee that is required during your stay when you are making your reservation. IF you DON’T pay this fee and we find out there is a pet in the property during your stay, we will automatically charge your account $250.00. This is to insure that your pet fee is covered, plus cleaning after the pet(s).
