Your child slips into the jacket while still in pajamas, takes a few steps outside – and says "Good morning" to his pony ✨ These are exactly the kinds of moments that happen with us. Genuine. Quiet. Unforgettable. Our very nice, lovingly furnished apartment is located on a small farm with ponies, horses, rabbits and chickens – in the Spessart Forest A place where time slows down and closeness is important again. Arrive & breathe The space The 80 m² apartment is quaint, rustic and cozy – a temporary home for families. Two lovingly designed bedrooms
 Master bedroom (newly renovated in March 2025) with 1.80 m double bed plus loft bed with pull-out extra bed (for max. 3 children) and space for a baby cot. The children's room is furnished with a loft bed for 4 people. Living room with two high-quality sofa beds. Large bathroom with spacious shower Open plan living/dining area. A fully equipped kitchen Rustic dining table for long conversations and shared laughter for 10 people or more On the balcony, you can look over the courtyard to the ponies. Barbecue in the evening, soak up the sun during the day – while the kids keep running "just for a moment to the ponies." Attention: The apartment is located on the first upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with a pad coffee maker, filter coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and kettle. Other things to note The heart of our farm – your own vacation pony Our child-loving ponies are more than animals. They become friends. Your children are allowed to: clean, feed, pet Explore the Spessart on a pony with a guide Feel the responsibility – without any pressure You hike in a relaxed manner; the children go horseback riding. Sometimes the pony even carries the small luggage. What remains are shining eyes and stories that will be told for a long time to come. Important: Our farm is not a riding stable. No hustle and bustle. No strange groups. Just silence, nature and time for each other ❤️ During your stay, the ponies will be living right next to the apartment. If there are no guests or if there is no booking, they live freely in an open stable on a large pasture (not within walking distance) Small paths – big experiences Two playgrounds (one with a water playground) within walking distance Hydrofoil course and bike park nearby Small village store just a few houses away Close to the Bieber outdoor pool and the Bad Orb thermal spa Ideal for families who don't want to drive far but still want to be far away from everyday life. Your own vacation pony: €30/night Second pony (usually possible): €30/night (payable on site) After booking, please send me the weight of the heaviest child. so I can reserve the right pony. Our ponies carry up to a maximum of 30 kg. This is not a vacation for working. It's a place to stay. To amaze. For falling into bed happy and tired.
