Private Studio Apt. Zone 2 (15m train central LDN)

Small studio+bathroom for your sole use; private entrance. Super-clean. Sleeps up to 3 (single beds foldable from sofas) - note it will be a tight space for 3. Amenities: 4K TV (with Netflix/Disney+/ Playstation 3), washer-dryer, kitchen, fridge, baby cot Location: 5 min walk to buses everywhere & 8min walk to 3 train stations to central LDN in 15mins. 10min walk to Timeout's 11th coolest neighborhood in world & 8min to independent shops, craft beer pubs, restaurants, parks & historical sites. The space Cleaning: ------------- All bedding is thoroughly washed and replaced for each guest. The entire property has a deep clean for any guest changes. Sleeping/beds: ------------------- This is a studio - no separate sleeping area (sofabeds fold down) Sleeping options for 1 to 3 people: 1. one twin pull down bed + one single pull down bed: suitable for 2 persons separately, or combine the beds 2 parents with a child sleeping with parents (or 3 backpackers who don't mind sleeping really close together!) 2. 3 pull down beds: as above, plus one ottoman (Save space) which quickly converts to a single bed. In this layout, we would remove the coffee table to give you more space. Children/babies: --------------------- A baby cot can also be provided on request. (The coffee table will be removed to provide more space, but if you prefer to fold the cot each night and leave the coffee table let us know). For families with children, a small set of board games and colouring paper / pencils is normally provided. If you would like a toybox with selection of toys please let us know. A small playground is across the street. Privacy --------- All amenities and the space are private with your own entrance. There is a small cloakroom which contains my electrical meter (hence technically shared) and then an electronic lock door leading to living area / kitchen / bed area and bathroom which are for your sole use and separately locked from the remainder of the property. Amenities: -------------- Kitchen, full-size fridge (Samsung), oven (Samsung), microwave, toaster, washer-dryer (Samsung) and other utilities for your sole use. A coat-rack at the entrance and two sets of storage shelves are provided. There is additional storage space next to the windows. Entertainment ------------------ 65 inch Samsung 4K Crystal TV and Playstation 3. Netflix, Disney+ and Prime video subscription accounts are provided. Layout --------- If you would prefer more floor space, we can remove the coffee table. Foldable TV tables are provided. Guest access Electronic lock entry with unique code provided. No need to collect keys or contact us on arrival. Other things to note 1. Diversity: We welcome guests of all backgrounds. If you have any special needs please let us know and we will do our best. 2. We usually have flexible checkin or checkout beyond the hours listed Please just ask. 3. Heating control: Set automatically as 21 degrees, but you can adjust while inside. Please leave the electronic thermostat plugged in. This is used to automatically control the electronic radiator to retain the temperature at 21 to 22 degrees celsius. You are welcome to increase the temperature while inside the property. 4.. Please leave the 'SIMPL' device plugged in. This allows us to automatically open the electronic lock for you if you forget your keys or the passcode.
