Apartment A is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom open floor concept. 1 of the bedrooms is en-suite while the other 3 are not, they share one full bathroom off the main corridor. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a closet & nightstand. The entire house is fully AC & comes with a fully equipped beautiful modern kitchen.. Apartment B is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom open floor concept. One bedroom is en-suite, has a queen bed & walk in closet with night stand. The other best is equipped with a double decker queen bed, a walk in closet, a stand alone closet & a nightstand. The entire house is fully AC and come with a fully equipped beautiful modern kitchen. Apartment C is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom open floor concept attic unit. Very cosy and well put away, however the ceilings are low and give a real feel of a true attic home. Bedroom 1 equipped 1 full bed and a small walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is en-suite, has 2 full beds & a small walk in closet with 2 night stands & a chest of drawers. The 3rd bedroom is huge, equipped with 3 full beds, 2 chest of drawers & 2 nightstands. The entire house is fully AC and come with a fully equipped kitchen. The entire home. Trincity is a very modern community, safe and close to all amenities, public transportation, airport, restaurants, schools, banks, malls etc. You can rent cars. We have a few available, you can hire a private drive (we can organize) you can use public transportation, or TTRides (local Uber) There is parking inside the premises for 2 cars & street parking is also available and usually safe. The main gate is a sliding gate controlled by remote and there is a pedestrian gate as well. There is an outdoor area that can be used for cooking, barbecues and entertainment, it is also equipped with a full outdoor bathroom. Laundry facilities are available to the back of the proper as well.
