We are offering an upstairs guest suite in our home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We live on the Evangeline Trail in Kentville and back onto the Harvest Moon Rail Trail. The space It is a 300 sq/ft unit on the 2nd floor with access from outside staircase with small balcony. The unit has a full private bathroom with shower\bathtub and 48” wide vanity, Full Closet, Dresser, Queen Size Bed, Table and chairs, and a 42” HD television, Plenty of counter space and cupboard with a double sink. We are close to popular Hiking/Biking and nature trails, Wineries, and plenty of shopping in the near by towns. We are a 5 min Drive to Valley Regional Hospital Guest access Guest has full access to their suite and all shared Outdoor Spaces like, Decks, BBQ, Gazabo, Back Yard, and fire pit area. Other things to note There are dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, Microwave/Convection Oven, Small Fridge with freezer, Induction cook top, Toaster Oven, tea towels, dish cloths, bath towels, face cloths, hand towels, toilet paper, Tea, Coffee, Extra Pillows on the bed and extra Blanket in Closet.
