Close to local amenities, post office and local building societies. Has just gone through a makeover inside with everything being replaced. This is an old building so don't worry, weve left a few creaks and groans and a few of the beams on show. Special Note- not suitable for those who struggle with steep stairs or steps Lovely cottage with large living/work area with double bay windows, a very useable kitchen and dining area. There is one double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room The space You have a walk in double shower room which has a basin and toilet, this is located immediately at the entrance, to the left you walk in a 5 metre by 3 metre kitchen diner. The kitchen contains an air fryer and hob, with a microwave, kettle and toaster, enough crockery for 3 guests. Washing machine and fridge with a freezer .There will be a small breakfast bar with stools as well as a small more formal table in the rea of the large living area to the front of the property. Upstairs you have a large bedroom with flat roof to centre but slightly apex lower walls to the sides. There will be an airier, iron and ironing board for guests to use. Your stay includes complimentary free breakfast at our cafe 1 minute walk away Guest access You have access to the whole property, Other things to note Please note this property isn't great for those with disability access requirements, elderly or those with small children or prams due to the location of the property being up stairs. All guests are welcome and we will assist where we can and here are handrails , but it is important to note these restrictions
