Huge solid lovely rectory style house. 3 residents. Large private room in separate 'wing' to main house so a quiet and private bolt hole. Live in landlord. Bo-ho type friendly but not in the way. Very sunny space and and garden weather permitting. Huge kitchen / dining area All mod cons. The room is bright, clean and simply furnished . Good work or study space. Fast WiFi The space it's an lovely clam house and great area to live in Guest access full kitchen dining area all mod cons included During your stay I'm mostly busy working but occasionally there are foods and general socialising in the kitchen dining area with other residence residents are very quiet mostly working from home Other things to note It now has a walk-in shower not bath tub, a drinks chiller, microwave and tv etc. Bed is now a large double ( no longer king size) No smoking except in the garden area and we require guests to respect quiet policy after 11 p.m.
