Welcome to our cozy all year home in Hou just a short walk away from the harbor and beach. The 170 m2 house allows all guests to be comfortable. 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 guests and the 4th bedroom is an office. There is 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. An open floorplan allow you to cook in the kitchen while interacting with the rest of your family. The space Welcome to our Hou property. As you enter the driveway you will notice a big yard, with room to play, that wraps around the house. You step into a small bright entryway with an office right of the entryway. The house has a large dining room with a cozy corner by the fireplace, an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven and coffee machine. Off the kitchen you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer with a door to to driveway. Also on that side of the house, are 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed the other with 2 single beds that can be moved to create a double bed if needed. Between the bedrooms, is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Off the dining room you enter the big living room which is perfect for family nights. On one side there are sofas to watch the flat-screen TV. The other corner is perfect to sit and read or chat with a drink or you can sit at a the table and play games. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and its very own bathroom with a sink, tub, separate shower and toilet. From the bedroom, you have access to the a smaller part of the yard. You can also get to the main patio from the living room.
