The space Feel the comfort of home in this 3-Bedroom House with shared Bathroom. Guest access You will have an access to the Living area, Dining Hall, Kitchen, and all other common areas inside the House. There will be Wi-Fi available in the premises. Please refer to Guess Info. Breakfast items are available. Feel free to serve yourself with Coffee or Tea, and Croissants. There will be complimentary bottled water. Soap, shampoo, tissues, and other toiletries are provided. Iron and ironing board, and fresh linens, clean towels are available upon request. During your stay I will always be available to help if you need anything to make your stay a more pleasant and memorable one. Whenever I am not around I can always be reached on my cell phone. Other things to note The property is shared with other Guests. No other Guests are allowed inside the property, without permission. Pets are not allowed. Alcohol, Abusive Drugs, and all other prohibited substance are not allowed inside the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited. When using the common areas - Living & Dining Hall, Kitchen, please clean up the space after each use. We don't have cleaners. We expect our guests to help us maintain the cleanliness of our home. Me and my wife are hands on with our property. We come and make sure everything is organize, clean, and tidy. Guests should do their share in maintaining our home in that state of cleanliness. We encountered guests who just left their trash and/or unwashed dishes, food waste in the sink drain, excess food on counters, and son on. There are notes / posts all around to remind everyone to contribute in maintaining the cleanliness of our home. Please be considerate and treat our home as your own. Light cooking is allowed. Laundry Area (Electric Washer/Dryer combo) is available for use only once a week during weekends (Sat. & Sunday). No parties. No loud music. Parking is available within the premises. Gate clicker is provided upon check-in.
