Closet off the laundry area is locked for cleaning supplies. Guests do not have access to the garages or the high deck located off the upper garage studio. Good to Know Before You Book: · Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. · Landscaping, Spa & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, spa weekly and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property. · Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras (floodlight) with audio are in use on the property. · Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.
