Large and nice holiday home, Averøy

Bring the entire extended family or several friends families to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is newly renovated, and has consistently good finishes. There are sleeping places for 16-18 pcs. The house is close to Sveggesundet, and has a great view. The house has a large south and west facing porch and large lawn with opportunities for football, volleyball and other leisure activities. Please indicate the number of people and age in the booking The space The house consists of 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, a main living room and a loft living room. There's a washing room in the basement and a WC. Bedroom description: Sleep 1 - 1st floor with a double bed 180 cm Sleep 2 - 2nd floor with double bed 150 cm and single bed 80 cm Sleep 3 - 2nd floor with double bed 160 cm Sleep 4 - 2nd floor with family bunk, 120 cm below and 90 cm above Sleep 5 - 2nd floor with double bed 180 cm Sleep 6 - loft with two single beds 90 cm Sleep 7 - loft with two single beds 90 cm and two field beds 75x190 cm. NB: Bed sheets and towels are not provided. Other things to note The house is located almost entirely in the sea floor. There is a good opportunity to experience nature right on the body. On nice days there are good opportunities for swimming in the sea. We are renting a boat, a Pioner Active 14 feet with 20 hp. (Price 3500,- per week) Am available from June 30th - 24th. There are nice fishing opportunities in the immediate area. There is approx 10 min drive to Kristiansund city with all amenities that a coastal town has. There is one large water park. During the period of October-April, you can romp at 10,000m2 with an ice surface at Arena Northwest. There you can play hockey, curling or just play around with free drinks on the ice. Averøy and Kristiansund with a nearby area have a lot of great nature that you can explore: -Ca 25 min to drive to Atlantic Road - Norway's largest cave, Bremsneshola - Bramneshatten - Stavneset lighthouse - Freikollen - Kvernberget with sherpatrapper - Håholmen - Grab, historical fishing village into the great sea - Kvernes Stave Church
