Bring the whole extended family or several families of friends to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is newly renovated and has a consistently good finish. There are sleeping places for 16-18 people. The house is located just by Sveggesundet, and has a great view. The house has a large south and west facing porch and a large lawn with opportunities for football, volleyball and other leisure activities. Please indicate the number of people and age in the booking The space The house consists of seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a main living room and an attic room. In the basement, there is a laundry room and a toilet. Description of bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - 1st floor with double bed 180 cm Bedroom 2 - 2nd floor with double bed 150 cm and single bed 80 cm Bedroom 3 - 2nd floor with double bed 160 cm Bedroom 4 - 2nd floor with family bunk bed, 120 cm below and 90 cm above Bedroom 5 - 2nd floor with double bed 180 cm Bedroom 6 - attic with two single beds 90 cm Bedroom 7 - attic with two single beds 90 cm and two camp beds 75x190 cm. Note: Bed linen and towels are not included. Other things to note The house is located almost at the end of the sea opening. There are great opportunities to experience nature right on your body. On nice days there are good opportunities to swim in the sea. We rent a boat, a Pioneer Active 14 ft with 20 hp engine. (Price NOK 3,500 per week) Available from June 30 - 24. There are great fishing opportunities nearby. It is about 10 min by car to Kristiansund city with all the facilities that a coastal town has. There is a large water park there. During the period October-April you can enjoy 10,000m2 with ice surface at Arena Nordvest. There you can play hockey, curling or just play around with free play on the ice. Averøy and Kristiansund with the surrounding area have a lot of great nature that you can explore: - About 25 min to drive to the Atlantic Road - Norway's largest cave, Bremsneshola - Bremsneshatten - Stavneset lighthouse - Freikollen - Kvernberget with sherpa stairs - Håholmen - Grip, historic fishing village out in the ocean - Kvernes Stavkirke
