Guest access Located on the second floor of the building, there is a lift which offers easy access for our guests and is ideal for those with families, or those who require easy access due to mobility. Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we collect ID and Damage Deposit to know our guest. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver. Additional guests over 2 are charged at a rate of £15 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost.
