Whitecastle homestay can accommodate 11 persons. If above 11 persons, you may select 12/13 persons or can inform us 2 days in advance, we have extra charges Rm 31/person. We are White Castle Homestay's administrators. We love travel and we are interested in interior design, aspiring to provide a beautiful, comfortable, pleasant homestay. Our mission is to help out guests create beautiful memories in our White Castle Homestay in Kluang with a reasonable price. Welcome to White Castle Homestay. The space White Castle Homestay (Kluang Baru) Retro Style Semi-D Homestay Recommended! Living room & each room equipped with air-conditioning. Each room is provided with a hair dryer, mirror, clothe hanging space, towel & toothpaste set. Can accommodate up to 12+ persons. Suitable for family or friends gathering. It has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Water heaters are provided in each bathroom. Fridge, water dispenser, multi cooker & coffees are provided. Kitchen essentials such as forks, spoons, cups, plates & bowls are provided as well. Iron & iron board, washing machine, clothes hanger, Netflix & high speed internet are provided. You can enjoy theses facilities here such as Snooker + Ping Pong + Mahjong+ Barbeque. It is only 4~5 minutes to Kluang Parade, Kluang Mall, Aeon Big & Econsave. Only 7~8 minutes to Gunung Lambak. Note: Although White Castle Homestay can accommodate up to the maximum of 13 people, our minimum price is based on 11 pax or below. If more than 11 people are staying, please let us know the exact number of guests staying Then, we will provide the additional floor mattress, bedsheet set, comforter & pillow if more than 11 people with extra charges Rm 31/person. Other things to note Other notes: 1) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details. 2) Check in time: 3pm-11pm (If check in after 11pm, do notify us before arrival) Check out time: before 11am 3) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 40/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate. Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 4) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 5) Party/Event is allowed but please throw away food residue to the dustbin outside the house. We reserve the right to the penalties of Rm 200 for extra cleaning charges. Thank you for your understanding 6) For hosting a buffet, party, or event, an additional deposit of RM 200 will be collected. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided the following conditions are met: a) No items are missing or damaged. b) No smoking inside the house. c) No damage to the wall paint or need for repainting. d) All food residue is properly disposed of. e) No noise complaints from neighbors after 11:00 PM. 7) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 10.30pm. 8) Our bed arrangement is based on 11 pax. If 12 or 13 people are staying, please select the actual number of people or notify us at least 1 day in advance. Then, we will provide the additional bed, bedsheet set & pillow.
