Charming countryside guesthouse

Located in the countryside just 3 kilometers from Caussade where there are shops, a market every Monday, a cinema, an indoor swimming pool and restaurants, this charming outbuilding which is entirely reserved for you, has a fenced courtyard with 1 terrace. As well as 1 closed shared parking space for 1 car. The accommodation, with an area of 70m2, can sleep 7 people. The space This charming outbuilding is located on my property, but is independent from my accommodation, it has its own entrance, a private fenced terrace, as well as a small fenced garden with a swing. From the terrace you have a view of the countryside and animals. I have a closed car park with 2 surveillance cameras where you can park 1 car. If you ever come with several vehicles, it is possible to park the others on the way. Animals are present on the property: 2 horses, 2 goats, numerous pet poultry, 2 dogs and 9 cats. The accommodation is made up of 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 140 cm bed and 1 with 3 90 cm beds including 2 bunk beds and 1 box spring on casters with a real mattress. It is possible to accommodate 2 additional people in the sofa bed in the living room. (see photos). There are many medieval and tourist villages nearby to visit: Caylus, St Antonin Noble Val, Bruniquel, Cordes sur Ciel, Lalbenque, St Cirq Lapopie, Albi... Our region offers a wide choice of activities: Horse riding , hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, art gallery, gastronomy... Do not hesitate to contact me for more information. Guest access ⚠️ Tuesdays and Fridays, departures must be before 7:30 a.m. and arrivals after 6 p.m. because I work outdoors on these days, the other days it is until 10 a.m. Contact me to see if it is possible, if you wish to arrive earlier than 6 p.m. or leave later on Tuesdays and Fridays. Other things to note Sheets and tea towels are provided, there is also liquid hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, cleaning products, sponges, blankets, duvets and pillows and a bath mat. ⚠️ towels are not included. But I can provide them on request for €2/towel I can provide a baby high chair and a travel cot for an additional €5. The rental includes water and electricity at any time and essentially for the sake of ecology, consumption is included at 80L/day/person and 7kwh/day or 20kwh/day during heated periods for up to 2 people, I then add 2 or 4 kWh/day for each additional person depending on the season (the use of the washing machine is not taken into account in the included consumption). Beyond these consumptions, a supplement MAY be asked in the event of a large excess (0.27€/KWh and 0.006€/L).
