Private Oasis - Cabin Getaway w. Lake Front Access

Experience the best of both worlds during your family getaway at our picturesque location. As the sun sets, immerse yourself in the serene beauty of surrounding farm fields on one side, while enjoying the captivating view of Eagle Bay on the other. This property has access to the lake, just a minute walk to the water. Our spacious property provides ample room to indulge in outdoor activities, allowing you to create lasting memories. Delight in the outdoors with two well-appointed outdoor patios. The space There are two floors to this property and a detached third little bunkie. 1) On the first floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with queen size bed (the four post bed pictured), and a bathroom (sink and toilet). The living room has a wood burning fire place, we ask that you please respect fire safety and do not use more than what is available stocked beside the fireplace. If more is used, there may be an additional charge. 2) On the second floor, you will find a bathroom (sink, toilet and shower), a second bedroom with a queen bed, and 3 single beds and a double bed). 3) Outside, there is a small bunkie room with just a queen bed. There is storage under the bed if you lift up the mattress. Kitchen The kitchen has everything you need, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and oil & spices (salt, pepper, powder garlic, etc.). There's also plenty of serving dishes, some items are oven safe (please check before putting into the oven) and spatulas etc. Washing Machine & Dryer Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available if you need. This is an older home, and our washing machine & dryer are a bit older. Please do not overfill the washing machine, lighter loads are preferred. When the dryer is being used, please keep the closet door open so that it can air out. Outdoor There is a wonderful BBQ, outdoor drinks fridge and fire pizza oven. Please ensure to use these items respectfully. In the spring/summer/early fall, outdoor furniture is available to enjoy on the patio. Guest access We have lots of space for folks to roam, we ask that you be respectful of nature as well as our neighbours and do not wander past the property lines. Our property is well-groomed, and the forest is NOT part of our property. Please do not go past the bunkie. The spaces by the wood shed/storage, and garage are off-limits to guests. Please leave these spaces alone, and do not touch any of the items. Other things to note Pet-Policy: We are happy to review exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If permitted, guests agree to not allow pets on furniture. We ask folks to clean up after their pets and not to let them roam the property alone, as a safety precaution due to the wildlife in the area. Additional fees may be required.
