A quick walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and nearby walking tracks. Perfect for those needing a place to rest before heading north or south. Our home is at the front, guest house is down the driveway. Security cameras at the front and rear of house making this very secure. The space Open plan bedroom, living area with a full bathroom and separate toilet. +No cooking facilities. Kitchenette only with jug, toaster, Fridge/Freezer and microwave. Guest access There is a parking space available beside the unit. You have your own courtyard space from the bedroom. Other things to note Please note this is a suitable unit for a maximum of two adults only.
