The Sanford House

Have fun with the whole family at The Sanford House, decorated with everything Sanford in mind. Walking Distance to the beautiful downtown Sanford, Lake Monroe, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and Marina. Nearby are the Central Florida Zoo, Seminole Sports Complex, Civic Center, & numerous family-owned restaurants and watering holes, even lakefront dining! Minutes from the Orlando-Sanford Airport, (SFB), Amtrak Autotrain, I-4, & the Sunrail. There is also a free local trolley! The space Your comfort is our priority. We furnished the house with comfortable beds, smart T.V's in each room, a Xbox game system in the living room and a cozy out door space to enjoy so everyone has room to stretch out with some space to themselves. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kids club house room for the little ones to enjoy. Other things to note Please pardon our dust... While the house has been beautifully redone completely, we are working on the back yard and parking lot. There is ample parking available but throughout the incoming months we are redoing the gravel to make entering the property a breeze and installing a privacy fence to add a little more comfort when enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Third Party Reservations: We and Airbnb do not support Third Party check-ins. If the primary guest is making the reservation for a Third Party, your reservation will be canceled without a refund if not pre-approved. Construction Team Reservations: Pre-approval is needed. Please contact us prior to making a reservation. Additional rules and fee’s may apply, including an additional cleaning fee. Packages: Package deliveries to the property are not permitted under any circumstances. Exceptions may only be made in rare emergencies and must be approved in advance by the host. Any packages sent to the property without prior approval will be refused or discarded, and are entirely at the guest’s own risk.
