Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities! Quiet Hours Policy Please note that this condo is located in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are required to respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Failure to comply may result in security being called, and a $150 noise violation fee will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME 1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself 2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW! 3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest! The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
