Bright, recently renovated

New and completely renovated central apartment perfect for families. The space The apartment is located in an early 1900s building, consisting of only two real estate units, both of which I own. The apartment available to guests is autonomous, has been completely renovated (new systems, windows, furnishings) and is spread over two levels. The first level opens onto the living room, with an open kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, fridge), furnished with a dining table, sofas and TV. On the right is the sleeping area consisting of the double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom/study with a double sofa bed. Both rooms have access to a large balcony. The second floor is accessed via an internal staircase and consists of two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Guests have access to amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, iron and heating. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with locals. We will gladly assist you in creating your perfect vacation to discover the beauty of Italy. Guest access Several free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Paid parking is available a few minutes away by foot. However, you won't need a car to get to restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and supermarket, which are a stone's throw from the house. The shuttle stop to Paraggi and Portofino is just a 5-minute walk from the house. Portofino is 20 minutes by bus/car or 1 hour walk from the house. You can also reach San Fruttuoso by boat or on foot, with a beautiful walk through pristine paths, enjoying a breathtaking view from the hills of Portofino. The Cinque Terre are half an hour by train, car or boat from Santa Margherita. Genoa is half an hour by train/car, Pisa is an hour and a half away. You can play tennis or paddle tennis at the Santa Margherita tennis club, a two-minute walk away, or rent a kayak or SUP in the beautiful bay of Paraggi. Bike, motorcycle and boat rentals are also nearby. Other things to note Living on site all year round, my family can offer tourist and gastronomic advice and, upon request, homemade cooking with typical Ligurian recipes.
