Located on a quiet residential street, yet right next to public transportation and in the middle of it all: downtown, Old Port, The Plateau, etc. Fully equipped for long term stays, with unlimited 100 Mb/s high speed internet. The space 1 bedroom studio of approximately 450 sq. ft. Its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 3 people. It's a cozy fit, but it works if you love each other very much! The apartment has hardwood floors and antique woodwork for a unique cachet. The place is furnished with good quality pieces and mattresses; queen size memory foam bed, daybed (twin memory foam mattress), Smart TV, work desk, kitchenette and full bathroom. Washer-dryer in the unit. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. In terms of amenities, I get you covered with a starting kit: basic cleaning products, toilet paper, tissues, paper towel... You'll have to include these goodies on your grocery list when you run out of them during your long term stays. LOCATION - Very central and emerging district of Ville-Émard! * Close to Monk Boulevard for walking access to shops, cafes and restaurants * Minutes from Atwater Market and downtown * Proximity to Angrignon park and Carrefour Angrignon mall * Many parks, including Campbell-West Park and the Bains Émard swimming pool There are a few nice cafés at a short walking distance from the studio: -Par amour pâtisserie-café (6 minute walk) -Monk Café (9 minute walk) -Yo & Co Espresso Bar (8 minute walk) -TT Café (9 minute walk) You'll also have a Provigo supermarket at a 5 minute walking distance, and Uniprix pharmacy at an 8 minute walking distance. TRANSPORT - EASY WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS! * 12 minutes walk from Jolicoeur and Monk metro stations * Close to several bus lines (lines 36, 37, 78, 350) * Close to BIXI (public bike station), Communauto and Car2Go stations * Easy access to various roads: 15, 20, 720 and 10 highways * A few pedal strokes from the beautiful BIKE PATHS of Verdun, the Lachine Canal and the riverside *20 minute drive from the airport * Easy access to downtown with multiple ways to get there within minutes, with the advantage of being located on a quiet street Parking is easy and free on the street, but beware of parking restrictions. There are many street signs you need to look at before parking your car on the street in Montreal. Between certain hours, certain streets are not available for parking due to maintenance. Non-smoking. No parties. No barking dogs. This is a residential neighborhood with very chill neighbors. I kindly ask you to respect the tranquillity of the neighbors, especially at night between 10pm-7am. Guest access You'll have access to the balcony and yard behind the property (access from the kitchen door). This balcony and yard is shared with the neighbor, and each apartment uses their own side. Go ahead and say hi to your neighbors! They are also traveling through AirBnb :)
